““I knew who I was this morning, but I’ve changed a few times since then.””
My purpose is to help you become all that you can be. I’m deeply grateful for a life and career I truly love, much of which stems from applying the transformative practices I now share with my clients. As both a guide and proof of what’s possible, I am committed to helping you create an authentic, aligned life that reflects your true potential. Although trained as a psychotherapist and CBT therapist, I’ve naturally transitioned to woman-centred coaching to focus on empowering women through meaningful, lasting transformation.
Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, which repairs broken pottery with gold to highlight its history and beauty, I embrace imperfection as part of the journey. Together, we’ll honour your story, embrace change with kindness, give ourselves permission to be both brilliant and imperfect as we ignite your power to create a life of impact and fulfilment.
““Enormous fun due to the pace and humanity of Birgitte’s facilitation and the chance to play with my creative side. I was excited to share my story. The process culminated in my own personal mantra – I am very proud of the whole outcome!” ”
